Dr. Oliver T. Reid, PHD, QMHP

Owner/CEO

Dr. Oliver T. Reid has over 22 years of executive leadership experience in the Human Services field addressing unique needs and obstacles faced by vulnerable youth, adults and families in North and South Carolinas, Northern Virginia and DC Metropolitan Area. Able to assess and adjust systematic policies, practices, and barriers that contribute to gaps in services and outcomes for youth, adults,and families. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in facilitating dialogue and partnerships (public and private sectors) with service providers. Practical application experience that is family-oriented, person centered, and evidenced-based. Strong willed individual with a record of success and dependable leadership.

Dr. Reid provides consulting and coaching services to distinguished entities through his companies. In 2013, Reid launched the I Am a Solution and I Am A Solution Consulting Firm, LLC a global entity aimed at empowering men and women to change the world. 

Dr. Reid affectionately known as  “The Writing Coach “is also an international seasoned trainer, relationship, leadership, ministry life coach, motivational speaker, solution strategist, and multi bestselling and award winning author.  Dr. Oliver T. Reid  has developed a series of solution focused empowerment workshops, coaching techniques, master classes, and conferences. Dr. Reid graduated from Winston Salem State University with a BA/BS degree in History and Sociology, and earned a BA in Counseling/ Theology, and a Master’s in Theology from Life Christian University. Dr. Oliver T. Reid obtained his PHD in Christian Counseling in 2013 from Clarity International University. 

Within the past seven years, Dr. Reid has published 25 bestselling books, contributed to 12 anthologies, and has won multiple awards for his literary work, including the 2016 IALA Distinction of Excellence Legendary Honoree and NAACP 2016-2017 Black Men Image Award. Dr. Oliver T. Reid has had the distinct honor of speaking to millions around the world and coaching individuals on four continents. Dr. Reid has been featured on HuffPost, Black Enterprise, ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, Roku TV, and other international media outlets. 

Miatta Dukuly Reid, ABA

Chief Operating Officer

Miatta Dukuly Reid is an International, Power House, CEO of ( Seeds Grow, Grow Seeds LLC), Motivational Speaker and Philanthropist. She hails from the great West African country of Liberia, where she served the Interim President as the Assistant Chief of Protocol. With a degree in business and finance, Miatta Reid has over 30 years of international financial and governmental experience. She possesses the foresight to lead corporate and governmental agencies at all levels into their fullest potential. Miatta has worked with both Fortune 100 and 500 Companies, while delivering exceptional service to clients wherever they do business.

Mavis Sarfowah Aggrey

Chief Administrative Officer

Solution-oriented administrator with over 9 years of experience designing effective work systems and procedures for clients in the consultation services, manufacturing, and business sectors. I’m a self-taught graphic designer, social media manager and a life coach in training. 

Sarfowah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Linguistics, which gives her a deeper understanding of human behavior and communication. This knowledge allows her to communicate effectively with clients and understand their needs and preferences.
 
In addition to her educational background, Sarfowah has also obtained a certification in customer service. This certification has helped her to develop excellent customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and empathy.
 
With her education and certification, Sarfowah brings a unique set of skills to her virtual assistant and personal assistant services, allowing her to provide exceptional support to her clients in various industries. She has served over 150 clients over a period of 5 years.

Tayah Barnett, BBA

Chief Marketing Officer

Propelling and versatile marketing specialist that leaves a lasting impression with reaffirming clients by improving engagement across the social and digital world. Personable and engaging with the proven ability to utilize a variety of design software, including Canva and Adobe applications. Well adept at designing overarching content and marketing strategies across multiple platforms and tools. Track record of driving sustainable growth by coordinating with thought leaders to create bespoke social media content and influencer marketing strategies. Envisions obtaining a challenging new role for a company that embraces fresh perspectives over the status quo.

I don’t just help put your thoughts into words, but to tell your story – from building a social media presence to promoting your brand or finally writing your memoir.  

My start as a professional writer was ghostwriting romance novels, now I’ve helped clients from across the globe with both copywriting and personal writing needs from social media posts to biographies and everything in between. 

Marquita Johnson, LPC, MDiv., NCC, BC-TMH, CPCS

Therapist and Facilitator

Marquita Johnson, LPC, MDiv., NCC, BC-TMH, CPCS, is a graduate of Mercer University with a Master of Science in Community Counseling and Master of Divinity with a concentration in pastoral counseling. Marquita received her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University in Psychology & Sociology. She is a licensed professional counselor in Georgia, author, nationally certified counselor, board certified tele-mental health counselor, certified professional counselor supervisor and professor at Naropa University. Marquita is also a brainspotting practitioner. Her specialties include women issues, dating, divorce, spirituality, and step-families. Currently Marquita enjoys private practice work. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University.
